For two decades, I've worked where creation meets complexity, leading teams, one-of-a-kind, bespoke & impossible projects: million-pound creative launches, complex transformations.
I know how to navigate uncertainty, hold complexity and find clarity when the way forward isn't always visible.
Then I reached breaking point. The success I'd built exhausted me and it no longer matched who I was becoming.
So I began designing the hidden architecture in my life, a version of success aligned with me.
The truth is, my path is where my vision meets reality. Not through another framework, but seeing the seemingly invisible blocks, the things we avoid, deny or ignore which are holding the real gold.
