Earlier in life, it was something else entirely.

​

A lot of change in my childhood: six house moves, six schools, including big responsibility

from a young age as a vicar’s daughter.

​

I learned early to read environments, sense the unsaid, and adapt.

​

Those skills made me highly capable, but later they became my limit.​

​

At 18, I travelled around the world for the first time. Since setting up my company in 2010, I’ve spent months at a time working and travelling globally, and I currently live in Spain.

 

Different cultures, languages and ways of living widen my perspective; there is no one way to live, lead, create or be.

​

For 18+ years leading high-stakes, million-pound global projects in emerging tech,

including XR, immersive, experiential, product and comms. 

​

I built my career in fast-moving environments where ambiguity is ever present,

the stakes are high and precision matters.
​
Burnout in 2015 was a turning point. Five people took over my job. 

​

Successful on paper, I’d lost touch with who I was, what I needed, wanted and valued.

I began to question the patterns I’d inherited, the ways I had adapted

and where I had mistaken someone else’s ways of being and doing for who I was. 

​

What followed was over a decade of evolving who I am, learning how to live, lead and make decisions from alignment through mindfulness, somatics, nutrition, coaching and systems thinking.
 

That work changed how I understand people, teams and organisations.

​

We all inherit & learn patterns: ways of thinking, leading, making decisions, creating and relating.
Some work for us, some stay long after their purpose has been served.

I guide people and organisations to uncover the patterns shaping their lives,

leadership and ways of working - looking beyond the surface story and obvious goals

to what is really shaping how they choose, lead and create.

Because until we see these patterns, they shape our lives, leadership,

the organisations we’re in and what we see as possible.
