With 18+ years leading high-stakes, million-pound global projects in emerging tech, including

XR, immersive, experiential, product and comms, I’ve spent my career in fast-moving environments

where ambiguity is constant, stakes are high, and precision matters.

I’ve always been drawn to what’s emerging - what’s changing,

what isn't clear, yet, and what’s already there before others catch up.
 

I see what’s quietly causing chaos. I find clarity in complexity. And I see around corners.

But this didn’t start at work.

Change was constant in my childhood; six house moves, six schools, big responsibility from a young age.

I learnt early how to read environments, sense the unsaid and adapt quickly. These skills that made me highly capable. They also taught me how easily survival masquerades as strength.

Burnout was a turning point. I was overextended and it also exposed something deeper:

I could be highly capable, successful, and still disconnected from who I really was.

Traditional success wasn’t enough. 

 

And I didn't want to create a way of life and work that would cost me who I am.

What followed wasn’t a reinvention for reinvention’s sake.

But a deeper process of learning how to evolve without abandoning myself.

To work, lead and create in a way that was intentional and my own.

​

Over the last decade, that path has taken different forms. Earlier this included

mindfulness-based stress relief, training as a naturopathic chef and teaching yoga.

Later, I deepened into coaching, somatics, trauma-informed training, alongside moving countries.

All of it has shaped how I understand change, and how I trust the patterns I’m here to notice.

Evolution isn’t theory for me. I live it.

My work brings together deep pattern recognition, strategic precision,

and a lived understanding of what change reveals and asks from us.
I’m logical and deep feeling.

Grounded, perceptive, and not afraid of what’s real.

This is work for the threshold when old ways no longer fit,

and clarity, personal power and self-trust matter most.

Because being more you is not indulgent.
It is the work.​
