1. About these terms

These terms govern your purchase of and participation in the course named above. By completing payment you agree to these terms in full. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

2. The course

The course consists of six live online sessions delivered over six weeks along with supporting assets. Dates and times will be confirmed to you by email following purchase. A replay recording will be made available after each session.

 

3. Payments and refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. By completing payment you expressly request that the course begins within 14 days of purchase and acknowledge that your right to withdraw under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is waived once the course has commenced. If you have not yet attended any session and the course has not yet begun, contact us at [email] and we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.

 

Where a payment plan has been agreed, access to the course is conditional on all instalments being received. Failure to complete payment does not entitle the participant to a refund of amounts already paid.

 

4. Missed sessions

No refund or partial refund will be given for sessions you are unable to attend. Replay recordings are provided as an alternative means of accessing content you have missed. It is your responsibility to ensure you can attend or access replays.

 

5. Cancellation or rescheduling by us

We reserve the right to reschedule individual sessions with reasonable notice. In the unlikely event we cancel the course entirely before it begins, you will receive a full refund within 14 days. We are not liable for any consequential losses arising from rescheduling.

 

6. Intellectual property

All course materials, recordings, and content are the intellectual property of Appletree Growth Ltd. You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, or share any content without our prior written consent.

 

7. Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully with the facilitator and other participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a disruptive or abusive manner without refund.

 

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

9. Nature of the course

The course is provided for educational and personal development purposes only. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, psychiatric treatment, or crisis support.

 

10. Your responsibility

By enrolling in the course, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, and for your own decisions, choices, and actions before, during, and after the course.

 

11. Additional support

If you are experiencing significant emotional distress or require medical or mental health support, you should seek help from an appropriately qualified professional. This course is not a substitute for professional healthcare or therapy.
